CM takes notice of three-year-old heart patient, announces support

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif announced on Sunday that his government will bear all expenses for the treatment of a three year old heart patient.

The three year old from Faisalabad has a hole in his heart. Doctors had advised that he be operated upon when he was only one year old.

The child's plight was raised by Geo News which caught the attention of the Punjab Chief Minister. Sharif has sought a detailed report of the child’s ailment and has announced that his government will pick up all expenses for his treatment.
