KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) rabita committee has been receiving extortion slips from banned organizations threatening party officials of dire consequences.




Addressing a press conference in Karachi, MQM leader Dr. Farooq Sattar extortion slips have been received from a banned organization demanding between 1 and 1.5 million rupees from 11 rabita committee members.

Sattar added, that the extortionists have threatened of dire consequences if the amount was not paid. Among those whom the extortion slips have been sent to, include, Babar Ghauri, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Rashid Godil and Nasreen Jaleel.
