Four militants involved in Karachi airport attack arrested

KARACHI: Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested four suspects allegedly involved in a deadly attack on Karachi Jinnah International Airport.

AIG CID Saqib Ismail said that the four arrested terrorists abetted the militants who had launched the attack.

He said that al-Qaida, Taliban and local militants were involved in the attack.

The AIG also saw some links between the attacks on Karachi airport and Quetta’s Smangli Airbase militant attack.
