LAHORE: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA)chartered flight landed here on Wednesday with 180 Pakistanis on board who were stranded in Libya.

Libya has been witnessing a civil war after the killing of dethroned strongman Colonel Muammar Kaddafi.

The passengers were transported to Pakistan through a chartered flight. Ansar Trust International chief and former federal minister Ansar Barni Advocate said that 540 Pakistanis returned to the country last month while total 11000 people have been brought back over the last six months.
