Thar famine: Death toll rises to 24 as two more children die

THARPARKAR: The death toll of children from Thar famine rose to 24 on Sunday as two more died at a hospital at Civil Hospital Mithi.

According to reports, the two children were aged between 6 -13 months died of malnutrition during treatment.

At least 1608 people have lost their lives since 2011 due to diseases caused by the famine.
