Suspected TTP terrorist arrested from Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police have arrested a suspected terrorist of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and have recovered explosives from him.

According to SSP Islamabad police Azmatullah Junejo, the suspected terrorist Mairaj Khan is a resisdent of South Waziristan and 2 hand grenades, a detonator, 9 batteries and a remote control has been recovered from him.

Police has registered a case against him and teams to arrest his accomplices have been dispatched to Khyber Pakhtun Khwan and Punjab after initial investigation.
