We respect Altaf Hussain, expect reciprocation: Badar

LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader, Jahangir Badar Tuesday said his party respects Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain and in return expects similar respect for its leadership.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion of Foundation Day of PPP, Jahangir Badar said ‘if any party disrespects our leadership, we would also permit our workers to respond in a befitting fashion’.

He said going to the court is Altaf Hussain’s right and he is at liberty to approach the court. “We will also access the court no matter if it is Pakistan or London,” he added.
