Blast targets security forces convoy in Turbat

TURBAT: A roadside blast apparently targeting a security forces convoy occurred in District Turbat of Balochistan on Thursday.

According to police, Frontier Corps convoy was on a routine patrol in a suburban area of Sangani Sarmin in Turbat when suddenly a blast occurred as they approached their camp.

As the roadside bomb went off with a blast, one of the security vehicles got partially damaged but fortunately no casualty occurred.

The local administration launched investigation into the matter while the security forces cordoned off the area.
