Muzaffargarh: Woman in critical condition after acid attack

MUZAFFARGARH: A woman was admitted in critical condition at a local hospital of Muzaffargarh after she sustained burnt injuries in an acid attack on Friday.

According to details, a man, identified as Saeed Ahmed exchanged harsh words with a woman namely Zuhra Bibi at Chowk Qureshi, after which the accused, along with his two cronies, arrived at woman’s residence and attacked her with acid.

The victim, mother of 4, was shifted to hospital after she lost her one eye and the left side of the body was badly affected.

A case has been registered against all three accused in Qureshi Police Station, however, the accused are still at large.
