Lady health worker injured in Peshawar firing

PESHAWAR: A female health worker was injured when unknown gunmen opened fire in Peshawar, Geo News reported Saturday.

According to police, unidentified attackers opened firing in Sherojangi area near Charsadda road in Peshawar that injured a lady health worker.

The injured health worker was shifted to Lady Reading Hospital for treatment.

The motive of the attack was not ascertained until the last report was filed.
