MQM chief to respond to criticism on his demands

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain will respond today to all reservations of his opponents on his demands for the arrest of Maulana Abdul Aziz, demolition of Lal Masjid and the closure of Madressa Hafsa.

Addressing a rally on September 19 against the Peshawar carnage he had put forward these demands, on which some political and religious leaders, analysts and anchors had expressed reservations.

According to a statement by MQM, Altaf Hussain will address all these reservations in an emergency press conference today.
