NEW DEHLI: Indian foreign office on Monday summoned Pakistani High Commissioner, Abdul Basit and expressed concerns over the possible bail of Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi – the alleged mastermind of Mumbai attacks.

Earlier today, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered conditional release of Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, directing the accused to submit a security bond worth one million rupees.

Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi was granted bail by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) on December 18.
