LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief, Altaf Hussain said the nation is still mourning the deaths of innocent children in the Peshawar school attack and Imran Khan should have had his weeding after the ‘Chaliswan’ (40th day) of the massacre, Geo News reported.

Talking to Geo News from London, Altaf Hussain, however, congratulated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Rehman Khan for starting the new phase of their life.

Altaf Hussain also criticized the role of media, saying that it was showing dance and music. He asked media not to invite the wrath of Allah by such deeds.

MQM chief said it is the job of TV channels to inform the masses of reality. He also asked analysts to give the story of marriage with prayers and joy.

Altaf Hussain also condemned the killing of MQM worker in Karachi.
