Grenade attack injures 5 in Karachi

KARACHI: Five people sustained wounds as a result of a grenade attack in Baghdadi area of Lyari Town here on Saturday.

According to police, the attack sent a wave of terror across the neighbourhood, making the shopkeepers shut down their businesses.

Police reached immediately after the incident and cordoned off the area.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
