ISLAMABAD: The postmortem report of the attacker from Wednesday nights suicide attack at the Qasr-e-Sakina Imambargah in Islamabad was released on Thursday.

According to the report, the attacker was aged between 25 and 26 years and seemed to be Pakistani by his physical appearance. His face is still recognizable adding that the attacker had a mustache and beard and has bruises on his face, chest and left leg.

Sources add that the attacker was missing one arm and his internal organs had spilled out due to a gash on his abdomen.

The attackers DNA sample has been sent for forensic testing and his body has been handed over to the police, PIMS sources confirmed.
