KARACHI: Geo News has received a ‘confession video' of the accused in the murder case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zahra Shahid assassinated in 2014.
In the video the accused Rashid alias Master confesses that they had been following Zara Shahid’s car. He added that as soon as the car was parked outside Zara Shahid’s residence, a criminal called Zaidi opened fire and killed the PTI leader.
He, in the video, further said that they only came to know that Zahra Shahid was a leader of the PTI after killing her.
The accused went on to say that Asif alias Ganja, Zahid, Junaid and Tariq were his accomplices in the murder.
