LOS ANGELES: Neverland is up for auction. The 2800-acre Santa Barbara County property is up for auction for $100 million under its original name, Sycamore Valley Ranch.

The auction will be conducted by Sotheby’s and Hilton Hyland jointly.

The property was purchased by Michael Jackson in 1987 for $19.5 million and features a 12000-square-foot main house, with six bedrooms, two guest houses, a swimming pool, barbecue area, basketball court, tennis court and movie theater.

After the pop-star’s death in 2009, the property has seen extensive development. The zoo, amusement park and fully-staffed fire station are no more but the iconic railway still remains.
