PTI leadership agrees to accept JC report in letter and spirit

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) top leadership has agreed to accept Judicial Commission (JC) inquiry report on poll rigging in letter and spirit.

An informal meeting of PTI, presided over by its chairman Imran Khan, was held here Friday to review the JC report. Jahangir Tahreen, Asad Umar, Shireen Mazari, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Naeem Ul Haq attended the meeting.

Babar Awan briefed Imran Khan over the legal aspects of the report.

The top leadership will again meet today morning and Imran Khan will hold a press conference in the evening to give PTI’s official response.
