PATOKI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan on Wednesday called Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain biggest traitor of Pakistan.

Addressing a public meeting here, Imran Khan lamented that Speaker National Assembly made a phone call to Altaf Hussain, who is the ‘biggest traitor of the country’.

He also took a dig at Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, saying he was using Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Mualana Fazlur Rehman for his gains by adopting a duplicitous policy over the issue of de-seating PTI MNAs.

Khan said his party would bag greater number of votes in the next elections compared to those of 2013.

He said the Judicial Commission’s decision is not against the PTI rather it exposed the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

The PTI chairman said his party would once again come out on streets for the rights of people.

On the occasion, former federal minister Sardar Talib Nakai, former MPA Rao Shaid Qayum and Mumtaz Khalid Bhatti announced joining the PTI along with their companions.
