KARACHI: At least five terrorists were killed in a joint action by Sindh Rangers and police in Manghopir area of Karachi.

According to details, on a tip-off, police and paramilitary force launched joint action and conducted raid at a house, where the accused opened fire on them. In retaliatory fire, five terrorists were killed and a police ASI and Rangers personnel sustained injuries.

The injured police and paramilitary men were taken to hospital for treatment.

The militants are affiliated to a proscribed outfit.

On Sunday, Rangers and police had also killed four militants in a joint action in Memon Goth area of Malir.
