KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Monday granted permission to two alleged facilitators of Safoora bus attack to meet families.
According to details, the ATC has given the permission to Sultan Qamar Siddiqui and Hussain Umar Siddiqui to meet their families and sought their medical reports on November 11.
The ATC has also issued a notice to Prosecutor General Sindh over the bail plea filled by three alleged facilitators: Sultan Qamar Siddiqui, Naeem Sajid alias Peena and Hussain Umar Siddiqui.
In the bail plea the suspects have stated that they had not played any role in Safoora carnage and the police was involving them in the case on ill will.
