KARACHI: The Additional Attorney General on Thursday submitted a report before theSindh High Court on the proprietorship of a building that houses the offices of Axact, a software company accused of running afake degree mill issuing degrees to students in different parts of the world.

The report presented before a division bench of the Sindh High Court reveals that proprietorship of three buildings, which the applicant claims to be owner of, was retaken by the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) after Shoib Sheih, CEO of the Axact failed to fulfill the agreement he had signed.

The court remarked the report indicates the applicant had nothing to do with the buildings.

The bench asked lawyer of the applicant to submit the reply after verifying the report submitted by the AAG.

The hearing was adjourned till April 3.
