FO spokesman says Pakistan is urging the world to assign a fact-finding mission to the Occupied territory

ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office on Saturday said that Pakistan is deeply concerned over the deteriorating situation in Indian-held Kashmir and the unlawful detention of Kashmiri leaders.

Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria said that the Kashmiri leaders are being kept under inhuman conditions which are also life-threatening.

Pakistan wants immediate attention of the world to haltgenocide by India in IoK and also the release of Huriyat leaders, said Nafees Zakaria.

The FO spokesman said that Pakistan is urging the world to assign a fact-finding mission to the Occupied territory and initiate trial of all those responsible for crimes against humanity.

Zakaria said that 150 Kashmiris have been killed since killing of Burhan Wani and more than 15,000 have been injured due to Indian atrocities.
