ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Wednesday summoned Indian Deputy High Commissioner JP Singh to protest repeated ceasefire violations at the Working Boundary and Line of Control (LoC).
The Foreign Office handed a protest letter to the Indian envoy over the ceasefire violations.
In the latest incident,two civilians embraced martyrdom while eight villagers were injured on Wednesday due to Indian unprovoked firing at Chaprar sector on Working Boundary, the ISPR said.
Another civilian Sikander from Sona valley who was injured at the Line of Control on Tuesday succumbed to injuries at CMH Kharian today, the ISPR added.
