Like father, like son: Sarfaraz’s little star brings back childhood memories for the skipper
KARACHI: Sarfaraz Ahmed’s son has brought back early memories for the Pakistan captain.
The skipper tweeted a video of himself playing street cricket in front of their house with his little superstar, and it’s the cutest thing ever.
“Kuch arsy pehly tak main is gali main khela krtatha, ab Mashallah se mery bety ki bari hai (Until some years ago I used to play on this street, now it’s my son’s turn),” Sarfaraz wrote.
Sarfaraz has been rested during the Pakistan-Australia ODI series starting in UAE from today. Along with him, Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali and Shaheen Shah Afridi have also been given a break, allowing bench players a chance to grab a spot in the World Cup squad.
