FIA holds Moonis guilty in NICL scam case

LAHORE: The FIA has presented the supplementary charge sheet in the NICL scandal case, which includes new witnesses, Geo News reported. Zafar Qureshi and three judicial magistrates are among the eight new witnesses.

PML-Q MPA Moonis Elahi and three others accused in the case were presented in the court of a district and sessions judge. In its charge sheet the FIA has declared Moonis Elahi guilty.

The FIA also requested the court to grant it an additional 15 days to which Elahi objected.

Elahi requested that Zafar Qureshi be summoned to court on Monday and asked once and for all what he wanted. The hearing of the case was adjourned till September 24.
