DHAKA: Pakistan were restricted by Bangladeshi bowlers to 135 runs for seven wickets in their only Twenty20 International here at the Shere Bangle National Stadium Mirpur on Tuesday.

After winning the toss, captain Misbah-ul-Haq decided to bat first as Pakistan began their tour with a day-night T20I.

However, Pakistan who never lost to Bangladesh in the six T20 internationals played so far between them, could not make a big score against an accurate bowling and set an easy winning target of 136 runs.

Opener Mohammad Hafeez top scored with 25 followed by Misbah (21 not out), Umar Akmal (20), Asad Shafiq (19) and Imran Farhat (16) as extras were 14.

For Bangladesh, Alok Kapali and Shakib Al Hasan claimed two wickets each.
