Kharak Tragedy: Shahbaz vows compensation in 2day

LAHORE: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the monetary compensation to the heirs of each person who died/injured in a building collapse in Kharak would be concluded in two days.

In a meeting held here it was also decided in principal to provide a job to an able kin of each victim.

CM Punjab also said that a task force had been formed to nail down those who were responsible for the tragedy and make an example of them.

He assured the victims’ families of full justice.


He also directed the concerned to rebuild the houses destroyed completely/partially.

Pakistan Muslim League-N chief Nawaz Sharif was also briefed in this regard.
