Plea to frame charges against accused in Wali Babar case accepted

KARACHI: An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has accepted the plea to frame the charges against the accused in journalist Wali Babar case again, Geo News reported.

The court approved partial amendment in the indictment on the plea of special public prosecutor Arsahd Cheema.

The court will again frame charges against the accused arrested in Wali Babar case on February 27.

Accused Shahrukh, Naveed Polka, Faisal Muhammad, Ali Rizvi and others were present in the court.

The court also ordered to produce the accused in the court on Feb 27 on the petition filed by slain Wali Babar brother.
