SAHIWAL: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Zaka Ashraf expressing hope that international cricket will resume in the country said that the board is negotiating with two to three countries for bringing their teams to Pakistan.

Talking to media here, Chaudhary Zaka Ashraf said that International Cricket Council (ICC) also wanted the revival of international cricket in Pakistan.

He said that no matter which party is in government, the security institutions should have to work together for the resumption of cricket in Pakistan.

Zaka Ashraf said that there is no threat to Pakistani players in India, adding that he had inquired health of Bal Thackeray via telephone.
