Fake degree: Warrant issued for Aziz

SIBBI: Non-bailable warrants against member National Assembly Humayun Aziz Kurd in the fake degree case have been issued by the session judge Sibbi.

Humayun Aziz Kurd had to appear before session judge Sibbi om Tuesday, but failed to do so after which session judge Sibbi Sadat Bazai issued non-bailable arrest warrants against him where as notice has also been issued to his guarantor.

Humayun Aziz Kurd was elected to the National Assembly in 2008 and his degree was challenged by his opponent before the election commission which passed on the case to session judge Sibbi.

The MNA was unable to appear in the previous to hearings as well.
