Three dead as gunmen attack buses in Balochistan

QUETTA: Unknown armed men opened fire on two passenger buses in Mach area of Bolan district in Balochistan on Thursday, killing three and injuring six others, Geo News reported.

Security sources said that the buses were heading towards Lahore and Sadiqabad in Punjab from Quetta.

Sources further said that the attackers also abducted two passengers traveling in the buses. Law enforcement agencies rushed to the spot and launched investigation into the incident.

Identities of the deceased were yet to be ascertained. The dead and injured were taken to a nearby hospital.
