ANP to take part in APC being organized by JUI-F

PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) announced Wednesday its participation in All Parties Conference (APC) being organized by Jamiat Ulema e Islam-Fazal Ur Rehaman (JUI-F) for restoration of peace in Islamabad on February 28, Geo News reported.

Talking to media men here, Provincial Information Minister (KPK) Mian Iftikhar Hussain said, ANP wishes that all political parties should join hands for the cause of restoration of peace in the country. It is this reason that prompted ANP to attend the APC being convened by JUI-F.

He further said that ANP would also take army officials and (intelligence) agencies into confidence for establishment of peace in the homeland.
