KPK governor declares illegal hiring in varsities void

PESHAWAR: Taking notice of the Geo TV’s exclusive news, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Engineer Shaukatullah has declared null and void all the recruitment made in different government universities on contract.

The governor directed the provincial higher education commission to ensure implementation of his orders.

Geo News had reported that retired officers from the age group of 65 to 78 were appointed on the posts in sheer violation of the Supreme Court of Pakistan orders.
