DERA ISMAEL KHAN: The Peshawar High Court Dera Ismael Khan bench upheld a session court ruling against Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl ex minority MPA Kishor Kumar and sent him to jail on Wednesday.

A session court in Dera Ismael Khan had sentenced Kumar to one year jail term and 15000 fine for possessing fake educational degree.

He had filed a review petition against the verdict in the PHC, which released him on bail. However, he was once against arrested and sent to jail after the court rejected his plea today.
