IHC orders removal of substandard gas cylinders from buses, vans

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered immediate removal of substandard gas cylinder from passenger buses and school vans.

IHC Chief Jusice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi issued orders while hearing the petition of Waqas Malik Advocate.

The petitioner contended the Gujrat incident occurred due to the usage of substandard and more than one cylinders.

The chief justice has also sought report from Islamabad Chief Commissioner among all other respondents.
