KARACHI: Three candidates have filed their nomination papers for the post of Chief Minister Sindh.

Qaim Ali Shah (PPP), Sardar Ahmed (MQM) and Imtiaz Sheikh (PML-F) filed their nomination papers on Thursday. The nomination papers will be scrutinised on Thursday and polling will be held shortly after. Speaking to the media, Qaim Ali Shah said he would not disappoint the people.

Earlier, PPP leaders Agha Siraj Durrani and Shehla Raza were elected as the speaker and deputy speaker of the Sindh Assembly with an overwhelming majority.
