Holding PCB elections not our mandate: ECP sources

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has consulted Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for holding elections, Geo News reported Monday.

According to the sources, the ECP would adopt the stance before the court that conducting polls in PCB was not its mandate.

Meanwhile, the PCB has sent a copy to the ECP of Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) decision relating to conducting polls, while the ECP has also decided to be a party in this case, sources added.
