KARACHI: More than 50 people including children were injured in aerial fire during Independence Day celebrations after midnight in Karachi, Geo News reported.

Revelers resorted to aerial firing at midnight to celebrate Independence Day, as a result more than 50 people sustained bullet wounds. The injured including children were shifted to public and private hospitals.

Sources said 30 injured were brought at Jinnah hospital, four at Civil, 19 at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and others.
