ATC issues non-bailable arrest warrants of Uzair Baloch, Baba Ladla again

KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday again issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Uzair Baloch, Baba Ladla and Taj Muhammad alias Taju in triple-murder case including that of Arshad Pappu, Geo News reported.

According to details, ATC gave these orders while hearing triple-murder case including that of Arshad Pappu.

During proceedings, the investigating officer sought time for arresting the accused and giving an advertisement in newspapers.

On this, the ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Uzair Baloch, Baba Ladla, Taj Muhammad alias Taju and other fugitives and adjourned the hearing till September 12.
