94 arrested in Karachi operation

KARACHI: Police have arrested as many as 94 suspects during raids in different parts of the city, Geo News reported Friday.

The police detained 80 people in Peerabad area during a search operation as part of ongoing drive to bring peace back to the metropolis. The detainees were being interrogated.

11 suspects were held in Defence View while weapons of different calibers and drugs were also recovered from the possession of the accused.

Two suspects allegedly involved in street crimes were rounded up in Kaneez Fatima Society.
