KARACHI: Cellular services have started to resume after remaining suspended for the entire day as part of the security plan on the occasion of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).

The mobile phones in Quetta and Peshawar which received no signals throughout the day had been reconnected to the networks.

Until last reports, cellular services were going to be restored in Lahore shortly.

Mobile services were unplugged early morning today as a security measure in the major cities of the country on the occasion of Hazrat Imam Hussain’s (RA) Chehlum.
