Gas leakage blast kills 1, hurts 3 in Quetta

QUETTA: An explosion occurred at a house due to gas leakage, killing at least one person and wounding three others here on Saturday, police said.

According to the police, the incident took place in a house located in Pashtoonabad area, where pipe of Sui gas heater got leaked, which resulted in the diffusion of gas in a room.

As soon as a match was lit in the room a huge explosion occurred which injured four persons present in the room and badly damaged the house.

The victims were rushed to the hospital where one person breathed his last.
