Karachi: Cracker blast injures 14 in Qasba Colony

KARACHI: At least 14 people sustained injuries in a cracker blast that took place in Qasba Colony area of the metropolis in the wee hours of Sunday, sources said.

According to the sources, the incident took place when unidentified outlaws hurled a cracker at a wedding ceremony in Muslim Town area of Qasba Colony, injuring 14 people including three eunuchs.

The wounded persons were rushed to the hospital. One injured man is said to be in critical condition.

Meanwhile, a person was killed while another injured while resisting robbery in Gulistan e Jauhar Block 17.

In Malir, a firing incident took place in which three people got bullet wounds.
