ANF seizes heroin at Karachi port

KARACHI: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Karachi on Thursday seized high-quality heroin at a local seaport.

According to the ANF spokesman, about 85 kg high-quality heroin worth billions of rupees value in international market were seized at the Karachi port.

The drugs were recovered from a crates of oranges in a container being smuggled to Malaysia. Two drug traffickers were also arrested during the raid.

Further investigation was underway and more arrests were expected, he added. (PPI)
