Anti-polio drive continues in Sindh

KARACHI: The anti-polio drive continues for the second day in the province and it is expected that 2.5 million children between the ages of 1-5 will be administered polio drops in the metropolis.

The Sindh Health Department estimates that polio drops will be administered in 81 union councils and strict security arrangements are in place.

On Tuesday the anti-polio drive was conducted in 79 union councils while security concerns prevented the campaign from being carried out in 59 union councils.
