Police seize vehicle laden with arms, ammunition

RAWALPINDI: A vehicle loaded with a huge cache of arms and ammunition has been seized in Rawalpindi on late Thursday, police said.

According to Rawalpindi police spokesman, the police raided in Nasirabad area and recovered a vehicle laden with a huge cache of arms and ammunition.

The spokesman said that the recovered arms included 7 Kalashnikovs, 7 repeaters, 17 pistols and thousands of bullets.

The police have registered the case and kicked off investigation.
