Army Chief confers military awards to army personnel

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif conferred military awards to the Army personnel in an investiture ceremony held at General Headquarters here on Tuesday.

According to ISPR, 10 officers and 20 soldiers were awarded Tamgha-e-Bisalat, 22 officers were awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military) and three soldiers were awarded United Nations (UN) Medal.

Medals of Shuhada were received by their family members.
