MUZAFFARGARH: High flood has been recorded at Panjnad headworkers, where water flow crossed 415,000 cusecs.

Dozens of villages were inundated in tehsil Ahmedpur Sharqia and Alipur. Nearly 35,000 people have been affected by the floods.

Floodwater of Chenab river has submerged 50 villages of Rahimyar Khan and it is expected to enter Guddu Barrage.

The water level is continuously rising in River Indus at Rajanpur as a result several villages were inundated.

Also, people living in the Katcha areas in Kashmore, Kandhkot, Shikarpur, Sukkur, Larkana, Khairpur, Naushero Feroze, Shaheed Benazirabad and other districts along the Indus have been asked to shift to safer places or to the relief camps.
