ISLAMABAD: Government has decided to take action against those who call others infidels, provoke others to murder someone or indulge in hate speech.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif held a meeting with representatives of Madressah associations here on Monday which was also attended by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif.

The meeting decided that the government would take action against those who label others as infidels, incite anyone to kill or deliver hate speech.

It was also decided that a strategy would be devised under which A and O level system of education would be introduced in Madressahs. Steps would also be taken to ensure that foreign funds flow to Madressahs through banks.

Speaking on the occasions, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said the government was making efforts to purge the country of terrorism and, in this regard, called upon everyone to extend their cooperation.
